Motorized Curtain Tracks by Somfy MOTORIZED CURTAINS ARE not only part of the decoration, they bring your building to life. With Somfy curtain solutions, you have the freedom to create the right ambience with just a simple touch of the remote control. Glystro curtain solutions are equipped with the latest innovation – a belt-driven system whose smooth and quiet operation ensures that users enjoy complete peace of mind. Somfy gives you the freedom to choose whether to control the curtains by remote control, wired switches or home automation systems. The Glystro curtain system has a manual override function – a built-in electromagnetic clutch – that allows users to draw their curtains manually without damaging the system or their curtains. This is especially suited to common areas such as hotels or restaurants where users may not always know the curtain is motorized. Integrated and Slim Design. Combined with a simple track connection harmonises well with various types of windows and curtains End curtain hook. The hook is mounted on the upper part of the drive pulley to hold the end of the curtain fabric Built-in limit sensor. No additional limit settings and wiring are necessary, as the internal sensor will stop the motor automatically using over-torque. Soft start, soft stop. Glystro 50 features a soft start, soft stop mechanism for ultimate control. As the curtain reaches either end of its travel, it will gracefully slow and come to a stop right at the limit. Powerful and quiet 24V DC motor. The Glystro DC motor is whisper-quiet and powerful. It can drive a two-way drawn curtain up to 50kg. The motor unit is lightweight with the Glystro 25 weighing only 710 grams. The system is ready to use by inserting an AC-adaptor plug straight into a power socket Runners. The large-size roller runners provide excellent and smooth running capability and quietness. Addition and/or removal of these runners is simple – just removing a stopper located at both ends of the track Quick setting with a safety lock. The motor unit is easily mounted by inserting the motor shaft into the drive pulley hole. A locking mechanism built into the set lever allows secure mounting and dismounting of the motor **Built-in radio receiver (optional).* The Glystro motor unit also comes with a built-in radio receiver that is compatible with Somfy’s RTS and with home automation systems. Curtains can be controlled individually or grouped. Interchangeable motor location. The interchange of the motor location from right to left (or vice versa) is possible because the drive pulley is mechanically compatible with the idle pulley.
